About Me

With Over 30 Years of Architectural, Interior and Foodservice Design Experience

I launched my career in Northern California working for architectural firms as a draftsperson, CAD operator and job captain on commercial interior and industrial projects.

Eventually relocating to San Diego, I focused my career on food service design. During this time, I worked for multiple design firms before joining the Design Perspectives team in 2000 where I have been involved in all phases of the design process from schematic design to full construction documentation including Fixtures, Furnishings and Equipment specifications as well as client and vendor collaboration.

“My foodservice and architectural background allows me to communicate effectively with our clients, chefs and their general contractors.”

In addition, my extensive experience and technical knowledge has helped with construction supervision and equipment installation management on a wide variety of restaurant and hotel projects. Some of my projects include The San Diego Zoo, Sheraton Carlsbad Resort, Four Seasons in Maui, The Padre Hotel, Corvette Diner, and JRDN Restaurant.

I have also been a guest speaker at Art Institute of San Diego and Design Institute of San Diego.
